At Iconic Case Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the personalized nature of our cases, we maintain the following return and refund policy:

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders except in the circumstances outlined below. All sales are final once your order has been placed and processed.

Exceptions

We will provide a replacement or full refund only in the following situations:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: If your case arrives broken, damaged, or defective due to manufacturing or shipping issues, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

  2. Non-Delivery Due to Our Fulfillment Error: If your order does not arrive due to an error on our part during the fulfillment process, we will replace your order or provide a full refund.

What We Do NOT Cover

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery
  • Damage occurring after delivery
  • Change of mind or incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

How to Report an Issue
