At Iconic Case Supply, we work with our trusted fulfillment partner, to create and ship your custom cases worldwide. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. PROCESSING TIME

  • Production Time: All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the product type and current order volume.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Custom Orders: Because each case is personalized and made specifically for you, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins.

2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship worldwide to all locations serviced by Printify. This includes:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union countries
  • Australia
  • And many other international destinations

3. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout:

  • United States: 3-10 business days after production
  • Canada: 5-14 business days after production
  • Europe: 5-14 business days after production
  • Australia: 7-18 business days after production
  • Other International: 7-21 business days after production

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package using the carrier's tracking system.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Customs Delays:

  • International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping restrictions.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • We recommend shipping to a secure location or using carrier services that require a signature upon delivery.

Incorrect Address:

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
  • We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Non-Delivery Due to Our Error:

  • If your order does not arrive due to a fulfillment error on our part, we will replace your order or provide a full refund.

8. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to collect from carrier facility

You will be responsible for reshipping costs if you wish to have the order resent.
